Webscape’s technical support team is committed to providing superior support service, and is available Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM Norwegian timezone.
Submitting your support questions through the online support form is the best way to ensure that your requests are properly tracked and answered by the Webscape support team. Each license level is assigned the appropriate number of support incidents, and an upgraded support package can be obtained if necessary.
Standard Support:
Provided through our Online Support Form, with response within at most three business days. Included with Free Trial License (3 incidents), and Developer License (6 incidents).
Priority Support:
Provided through our Online Support Form, with response within at most two business days. Included with any Subscription License (10 incidents).
Enterprise Support:
Rapid response support provided via Online Support Form and by phone, with response time within at most one business day. Unlimited rapid response support is included with an Enterprise License.
